An astute observer will notice that various political and media elite figures will suddenly seize upon a specific phrase, all repeating it to the point where we have to wonder if they are speaking from the same script. Repeating that phrase or slogan is designed to "normalize" it so that whatever the agenda is behind it will be accepted by a conditioned public. One such slogan is the "Build Back Better" that was adopted as the official motto of the Biden/Harris campaign, around the time it was being repeated by politicians around the world. For example, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on 28 May 2020: "We owe it to future generations to build back better."
Biden said on July 9th: "We have a great opportunity to build back and to build back better." This was seized upon by the Legacy Media as a bold declaration of returning to the social and economic utopia that apparently existed under Obama before Orange Man Bad, while pro-Trump forces dismissed the slogan as either a cheap rip-off of "MAGA" or part of Biden's long history of plagiarism (in this case, Boris Johnson). The real origins of this slogan are far more sinister however. The exact policy proposals behind Biden's usage were rolled out on a campaign website defining it as a plan to "launch a national effort aimed at creating the jobs we need to build a modern, sustainable infrastructure now and deliver an equitable clean energy future."
This indicates his campaign's devotion to the climate apocalyptic alarmists who make up the far-left activists of his alliance, behind which stand the corporatist element who see the "Green New Deal" as the perfect bait-and-switch to steal from the productive and take their wealth for themselves in the name of such phony environmental buzzwords as "equitable", "clean", and "sustainable". The working- and middle-classes are to be shamed for the "sin" of their "carbon emissions", for which they must do the "penance" of giving up their wealth and liberties so that the elites in their infinite wisdom can dictate their top-down demands which, as we have seen with them repeatedly violating their own Rona restrictions, simply does not apply to them. Authoritarians couch their efforts to grab wealth and power for themselves, in such "humanitarian" or "greater good" appeals to hide their real agendas.
In 2013, the World Health Organization published a multilingual document: "Building Back Better: Sustainable mental health care after emergencies." The slogan was written into the UN's Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction document, following the Third UN World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction in Sendai, Japan, from 14-18 March 2015. The UN General Assembly adopted the document on 3 June 2015. That the goalpost in that document was 2030 fits in with the UN's 2030 Agenda for rolling out its "sustainable development" policies. The UN followed this with a 2017 document: "Build Back Better in recovery, rehabilitation and reconstruction." The "build back better" authoritarians seized upon climate apocalyptism and Kontrol-19 as the main opportunities for their dialectic of imposing their policies to "recover" from these crises, to "rehabilitate" those people who won't comply with their agenda, and finally "reconstruct" the world in their own image.
In a press release on 22 April 2020, the UN proclaimed: "As the world begins planning for a post-pandemic recovery, the United Nations is calling on Governments to seize the opportunity to 'build back better' by creating more sustainable, resilient and inclusive societies." Announcing their €750 billion stimulus fund on 27th May, the European Commission proposed: "Through this fund, officially titled Next Generation EU, the Commission hopes to 'build back better', through channels that contribute to a greener, more sustainable and resilient society." On 5th June, the intergovernmental Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) advocated: "Building back better: A sustainable, resilient recovery after COVID-19."
On 13 July, Peter Bakker, president and CEO of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and John Elkington, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of "emergent future" firm Volans, wrote an article for the World Economic Forum (WEF): "To build back better, we must reinvent capitalism. Here's how." They talked about the social conditions arising from "the ongoing pandemic", blaming the virus itself for what's actually caused by government-imposed lockdowns, including "the context in which anger and despair boiled over into outrage and unrest following the death of George Floyd." This would culminate in "a full-blown financial crisis to a step change in the rate of the global energy transition."
Based in Davos, Switzerland, the WEF is an elitist organization that brings together various political, corporate, banker, and media elites from all over the world, where they pontificate about what they see as the "problems" facing the world and formulate policies they want to see imposed upon the rest of us. Its founder and chairman, Klaus Schwab, has championed such theories as the "Great Reset" and "Fourth Industrial Revolution". In 2016, then U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden addressed the WEF on the subject of "Mastering The Fourth Industrial Revolution". In August 2020, TIME Magazine partnered with the WEF to promote the Great Reset: "How to Build a Better World Post-COVID-19". All the thought-leaders it promoted were Globalist bureaucrats or Corporate CEOs, so we have to wonder if its not about "Building Back Better" for Big Business.
These institutions don't operate out of a vacuum, but are funded by big bankers at every step of their operations. We can't expect anything different given Schwab's own background in finance. The World Bank promoted the slogan in September: "How to Build Back Better After the COVID-19 Crisis?" Founded with funding from the banker-created MacArthur Foundation, the global research think-tank World Resources Institute proposed: "Build Back Better: Rebooting the U.S. Economy After COVID-19." One activist group promoting the Green New Deal is Build Back Better UK, an initiative funded by the Oak Foundation, whose Advisory Council includes Barbara Rothschild. The Oak Foundation's founder, Douglas Griffiths, held many positions with both the UN and the U.S. State Department during the Obama/Biden administration.
One frequent participant at WEF meetings is Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, whose increasingly-draconian policies in Canada could shed light on what's really behind Biden's "Build Back Better", including his "Dark Winter" of a national lockdown with all that entails. Trudeau linked the "Build Back Better" slogan with the Great Reset in a press conference on 18th August: "We need to reset the approach of this government for a recovery to build back better. And those are big, important decisions and we need to present that to Parliament and to gain the confidence of Parliament to move forward on this ambitious plan." In what Canadians called his "throne speech" from Parliament on 23rd September, Trudeau doubled down on these buzz-words in what amounts to his direct control over all sectors of society using Kontrol-19 as his excuse. He promoted this on his Twitter as "Build Back Better".
Having previously congratulated Biden and Harris as the anointed Great Reset managerial figureheads over the United States region, he has consistently embraced his own role north of the border. On 14th November, Trudeau said in a video that has been posted online: "Building back better means getting support to the most vulnerable while maintaining our momentum on reaching the 2030 agenda for sustainable development and the SDGs. Canada is here to listen, and to help. This pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset. This is our chance to accelerate our pre-pandemic efforts to reimagine economic systems that actually address global challenges like extreme poverty, inequality, and climate change." This can no longer be dismissed as a conspiracy theory, but comes straight from his own mouth - sure as he is within his own power.
Trudeau directly invokes Agenda 2030, which has been accelerated with Covid according to a supportive article by the Alan Turing Institute, a UK-based data science and A.I. institute founded in 2015: "Recently, governments around the world have had to destine substantial resources in order to fight the COVID-19 pandemic; preventing them from achieving their original goals. This is extremely important for the 2030 Agenda of the SDGs, to which all UN Member States have committed." Among the Globalist activist organizations currently using it to accelerate their own efforts are CIVICUS and Democracy Without Borders, which promotes using Covid to form "a UN Parliamentary Assembly, then after that a world parliament and ultimately a world federation." For his part, Klaus Schwab has openly said: "The pandemic represents a rare but narrow window of opportunity to reflect, reimagine, and reset our world."
Agenda 2030 was promoted by two separate articles on the WEF website in November 2016. The article "8 predictions for the world in 2030" is filled with various climate alarmism and unfettered borders platitudes, advocating a situation where "All products will have become services." This is part of the cold, purely statistical view these elitists have towards humanity, where everything is reduced to its economic utility according to dictates of the managerial class. Danish parliamentarian Ida Auken, a member of the leftist Danish Social Liberal Party and an ordained priest of the Church of Denmark, wrote the article "Welcome to 2030. I Own Nothing. Have no privacy, and life has never been better". There would no longer be any personal possessions in her forecast, with "products" (everything is reduced to economic utility to such people) replaced by "services" (all the better to be exploited and manipulated). Liberties would be abolished, including privacy, as all "communication became digitized" so people can be more easily monitored and controlled.
The article envisions the masses being herded into crowded urban centers, clearly the Smart Cities project. Auken foresees "free space" apartments replacing personal dwellings, where "someone else is using our free space whenever we do not need it." Hers is a privileged delusion with no space for what it truly means to be human - no satisfaction of tilling the soil or working hard, no privacy, or using one's talents to create and produce something. By far the most ominous part of her article is her dismissive attitude towards those refusing to submit: "My biggest concern is all the people who do not live in our city. Those we lost on the way. Those who decided that it became too much, all this technology. Those who felt obsolete and useless when robots and AI took over big parts of our jobs. Those who got upset with the political system and turned against it. They live different kind of lives outside of the city. Some have formed little self-supplying communities. Others just stayed in the empty and abandoned houses in small 19th century villages."
Notice the framing in how any opposition to technology being used to manipulate people is dismissed as a Luddite aversion to technology itself, in the same way that we who question how The Rona is being used to fear-monger for mass-control are dismissed as "science deniers" or "anti-maskers". What happens to those not compliant is far more appealing than being automatons of the Great Reset. Yet it conveys the reality that some would be isolated as social outcasts or downright pariahs of the public order. The draconian measures that governments all over the world have taken in the name of "fighting the virus" - with its ever-changing goalposts - some want to see replicated in the United States. Michael Osterholm, a member of Biden's Coronavirus Task Force, openly spoke of people's savings as if they're government property to do with as they will, and cites New Zealand and Australia - with their strict lockdowns and isolation camps - as models, oblivious that just as with the many American states now going into second lockdowns, those strict measures never "flattened the curve".
We can look at the draconian measures Trudeau is imposing upon our neighbor to the North for the future envisioned by the elites surrounding Build Back Biden. A dissenting member within the Liberal Party of Canada leaked a stunning plan from their Strategic Planning Committee, steered directly by the Prime Minister's Office, on 14th October. It includes deploying military "into major metropolitan areas as well as all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints. Restrict travel and movement." Already checkpoints are instituted in many U.S. states and among Biden's proposals are such authoritarian measures that it would effectively restrict people's free travel and movement by crushing an already-fragile transportation industry in the name of "fighting the virus". Biden and Harris' stated desire to restrict such movements of Americans is hard to reconcile with their open borders policy of mass-immigration - yet we're supposed to believe they're actually worried about the spread of a virus rather than simply using it as an excuse for their authoritarianism?
The Canadian document continues: "The federal government will offer to eliminate all personal debts (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc) which all funding will be provided to Canada by the IMF under what will become known as the World Debt Reset program. In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever. The individual would also have to agree to partake in the COVID-19 and COVID-21 vaccination schedule, which would provide the individual with unrestricted travel and unrestricted living even under a full lock down (through the use of photo identification referred to as Canada's HealthPass." Anyone familiar with how the IMF "forgave" national debts in exchange for "development" which was actually a buying up of those personal and national assets, should be wary of what such a "Reset" entails.
Here in the U.S., there is a large segment of people easily bought off by any promise of debt forgiveness dangled before them by millionaire Socialist celebrity politicians. Such economic illiterates are kept in the dark that government drives up the costs of student loans; that it was the oligarch-linked elites who for decades promoted this propaganda that one's entire measure in life depended on a university degree; that its actually that class of non-producers called government bureaucrats who borrow from private banks and pass their debt off onto the people in a bait-and-switch. That governments are in such a position to "forgive debt" owed to these private banks in the first place is a stunning admission that they are controlled by these bankers. Yet all these platitudes are lobbied for by the Leftist activist side of the Biden/Harris alliance while the Corporatist side will see their profits grow under the Great Build Back.
Perhaps the most ominous part of the Canadian document is this passage: "In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever." This describes the practice of civil asset forfeiture, extended now to a mass-scale using the virus as the excuse. That such could be replicated in the U.S. would not be surprising given that Biden is the architect of the government's modern asset forfeiture program, and Harris was a staunch supporter of it in California, even without any charges against the accused. As for what would happen to those Canadians who refused to submit to this debt forgiveness swindle, the document bluntly says that such people "would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities. Once in those facilities they would be given two options, participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized."
The document concludes: "It won't just be Canada but in fact all nations will have similar roadmaps and agendas." For Americans accustomed to thinking it can't happen here due to the liberties recognized as innate by the Constitution, lockdowns have accelerated an erosion of such basic freedoms as the right to assemble (except as approved by the political and media elites). Some of us have fortunately been spared it in the more "red" states, but I previously described how a Biden/Harris regime could impose it nationwide. But surely the "isolation facilities" couldn't be replicated in the United States? We need only consider and ask what the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) refer to in a document on their official website, which refer to Community Isolation Centers: "CICs should ensure that people with suspected COVID-19 (either awaiting test results or unable to be tested due to lack of tests) and those with confirmed cases are placed in separate areas." It will be all sold to the people using "public health" concerns as defined by these authoritarians, even while they violate their own laws. Its one big club and we ain't in it - nor is there any "Build Back" except after a demolition.
