The Rona and the Global Surveillance State (Part 5): Schemes for Global Governance, Agenda 2030, and Central Bank Digital Currencies

 by Sean Jobst

27 November 2020

"COVID 19 cases have shown us that our old systems are not fit anymore for the 21st century, it has laid bare a fundamental lack of social cohesion, fairness, inclusion and equality. Now is the historical moment of time not only to fight the virus but to shape the system for the post-corona era....But, we have another choice. We can build a new social contract. In short, we need a great reset. We have to mobilize all constituents of our global society to work together. We must not miss this unique window of opportunity." - World Economic Forum founder and chairman Klaus Schwab, "Now is the time for a 'great reset'", 3 June 2020

With no end in sight to how the #Kontrol19 virus is being used by authoritarians, and indeed their efforts seem to be accelerating even as 2020 comes to an end, I continue the series I published back at its height. To recap, those four parts - with slightly-different titles but all connected to the bigger picture - can be summarized thusly:

Part 1 - NSO Group tracking apps, Carbyne911, Frontier Resource Group, crypto-currency and the blockchain, Chinese Belt and Road colonialism, role of Eurasianist/Chabad-linked oligarchs.

Part 2 - Front Services Group, Smart Cities and Communitarianism, DarkMatter, role of other Unit 8200-linked firms.

Part 3 - Bill Gates and Microsoft links to Unit 8200, Carbyne tracking apps, links to Jeffrey Epstein and the Mega network, technocratic elites' link to the World Health Organization.

Part 4 - Event 201 simulation, Charles Lieber, Nanosys links to Unit 8200, Israeli/Chinese espionage at American laboratories, Rockefeller Foundation predictive programming.

With a strange logo that appears to be a mash-up
of the cross and the star of david, converging at the
center, it assumes to be a new universalist religion.

Two "civil society" groups, Democracy Without Borders and CIVICUS, have used the Rona as an excuse to scheme for global government. Underneath their propaganda about "democracy" and empowering "world citizens", the way such organizations are staffed, operated, and funded shows they are nothing but oligarchic power-grabs for a bureaucratic elite that sees it as their right to micro-manage the world and all its people. Democracy Without Borders describes itself as an organization that "runs global campaigns and programs for a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly, a United Nations World Citizens' Initiative and a Global Voting Platform." Such organizations are obsessed about top-down structures rather than anything real and truly organic.

On 17 June 2020, it published an article entitled "More than 200 civil society groups want citizens to be heard at the UN", revealing what it termed a campaign launched seven months previous, dating it back to around October 2019 which was around the time of the Event 201 "simulation" held by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum, and Johns Hopkins University. Instead of lamenting the virus it frames as such an apocalypse that we would need their global micromanaging, the article is optimistic in how it can be used for their "campaign":

"More than 200 civil society groups from over 50 countries, among them 60 that operate internationally, called on the United Nations and its member governments to establish the instrument of a World Citizens' Initiative that would allow citizens to put items on the United Nations agenda. Support of this proposal has thus doubled since an international campaign was launched seven months ago. The campaign going under the slogan of 'We the Peoples' was jointly initiated by Democracy Without Borders, Democracy International and CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation. 'The coronavirus pandemic, climate change and many other challenges underline the fact that all people on this planet are connected to each other but they have no say at the United Nations', said Caroline Vernaillen, Program Manager at Democracy International."

CIVICUS is a "civil society" group with "representation at the UN Headquarters in New York (Home of the UN General Assembly and governance body for the Sustainable Development Goals) and the United Nations office in Geneva (Home of the UN Human Rights Council)." It touts "Our ability to amplify civil society voices and enable activists and organisations to speak truth to power." In the name of "inclusion", it promotes a Marxist redistribution scheme to make all equally impoverished except the privileged bureaucratic-corporatist class who staff and fund their networks. Their paternalistic call for "putting the most excluded first" is a euphemism for controlling a dependency class. While shaming violators of Kontrol19 lockdowns, it encourages BLM and Extinction Rebellion gatherings. Its Secretary-General, Kumi Naidoo, attended the World Economic Forum in 2013. Among the elitist institutions funding CIVICUS are the Ford Foundation, European Commission, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.

On 29 June 2020, one Kenichi Suzuki (not to be confused with the anime film director or many others with this name), a member of the Japanese Commission on Global Governance of the Japanese Parliamentary Association for World Federation, wrote an article entitled "After COVID, time to consider a UN parliament and a world federation". It was originally published by the Academic Council on the United Nations System, which defines itself as "a global professional association of educational and research institutions, individual scholars, and practitioners active in the work and study of the United Nations, multilateral relations, global governance, and international cooperation." Suzuki's article openly advocates using Covid-19 as the excuse to break-down national boundaries and transfer their resources to centralized world federations:

"As Covid-19 rages around the globe, there is a limit to the response that can be achieved by individual countries in isolation and it is only natural to believe countries should work together to formulate a response....As countries around the globe struggle to combat the new coronavirus pandemic, there is an urgent need for nation states to work together in handling this issue. Over 70 years ago, Albert Einstein and others developed the concept of a world federation as a remedy for dealing with such problems. In the midst of our fight against the evil of the new coronavirus, we have an opportunity to look to the future and deepen discussions toward forming a UN Parliamentary Assembly, then after that a world parliament and ultimately a world federation. Such a structure will transcend the Westphalian system of government to foster unity and cooperation between countries."

Towards this end, politicians worldwide are using even the same slogans, such as "Build Back Better" where we have to wonder if they're reading from the same script. They hobnob at such global institutions as the World Economic Forum and Bilderberg. Their governments are filled with lobbyists and corporatists associated with multinational firms. Such people transcend that Westphalian structure (of nation-states with specified borders and limits) by their very nature, so it matters not to them on whose behalf they're the managerial elite over a specific country - so long as they can continue to exercise that power and wealth. One of the projects these governments are signing up for is the UN's Agenda 2030, giving them an opportunity to give a more "moral" and "just" sloganeering behind their authoritarian measures, rechristened "sustainable development". This strange project brings together various Corporatists and Communists in a joint effort to manage the rest of us in their infinite wisdom.

At the height of the global "pandemic", the UN found it critical enough to hold its Conference on Trade and Development on 15 June 2020. It openly alluded to Agenda 2030 in its document, "Decade of digitization needed to drive development for all": "The UN's Decade of Action calls for the acceleration of sustainable solutions to the world's biggest challenges. They range from fighting pandemics, poverty and the gender divide to combating climate change, inequality and closing the finance gap. Heeding this call will require a more digital world." This effort involves 30 global agencies dedicated to exploiting the "opportunities and challenges to reaching the sustainable development goals (SDGs)." Together they would form an "effective collaboration and coordination around digitalization within the UN system" and ultimately "promote inclusive development outcomes through digitization."

Underneath these "humanitarian" buzzwords is viewing the world's peoples and their personal wealth as the property of these elites, to use and dispose of as they wish. Even more bluntly in connecting this Agenda to the Rona is the article "Supercharging sustainable development with a new policy priority tool from the Turing backed by UNDP", written by one Beth Wood for the Alan Turing Institute, a UK-based data science and AI institute founded in 2015: "All over the world, countries are striving to meet the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030 - an ambitious agenda by any measure. These SDGs address the myriad global challenges faced by humanity, such as inequality, access to healthcare and education, climate change, and of course the COVID-19 global pandemic which has changed our world in ways previously unimagined." It quoted Turing Fellow Omar Guerrero from University College London: "Recently, governments around the world have had to destine substantial resources in order to fight the COVID-19 pandemic; preventing them from achieving their original goals. This is extremely important for the 2030 Agenda of the SDGs, to which all UN Member States have committed."

That the world is more digitized is an undeniable fact, neutral depending on its extent and scope. But the major problem is that these Globalist institutions are using that technology to monitor people and consolidate power for themselves. The Rona has been used to accelerate their efforts this year. To compete with this emerging Network Society with its truly decentralized potential for parallel institutions outside their management, global banking institutions are rushing in to consolidate blockchain technologies using the virus as their excuse. "Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDs) have been a key topic for blockchain technology enthusiasts, futurists, governments, and policymakers recently," according to Pawel Kuskowski in his article, "Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs): A Crisis Recovery Tool For Governments". "In today's world, they are evolving from a topic of interest to a high-potential tool for economies around the world to better address the massive economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. Policymakers, including central banks and governments, are uncertain where, how, and what tools to use to save their economies as they grapple with the crisis and prepare for the next. As a result, it has increased the interest in digital currency innovation for the decade to come."

The constant evoking of "decade" in these various articles and policy papers clearly refers to Agenda 2030. Indeed, the article cites three of Guerrero's colleagues: "A new report written by University College London researchers and industry experts Dr. Geoffrey Goodell, Dr. Paolo Tasca, and Hazem Danny Al-Nakib seeks to equip governments and central banks with a mechanism to help ensure the continuity and sustainability of their economies, along with both speed ad transparency of payments with their National Digital Value Container (NDVC)." Not only are they using this loaded term "sustainability" but their report makes clear they have no intention to see that wealth except in the hands of a few who of course manager it for people's own "good": "The UCL report lays out a 'gatekeeper' type structure where the central bank or government manages the issuance of a new national digital currency through a new category of supervised businesses named Money Service Businesses (MSBs)."

These MSBs and self-proclaimed "gatekeepers" are the same nexus of Big Government and Big Business we see now, but shedding any illusion of national loyalties as they openly yield power and wealth to these Globalist institutions in the name of fighting Rona. Kuskowski continues: "Here's why this proposal fits the realities imposed by the pandemic, according to Tasca: 'This crisis is a crisis of the real economy and not the financial economy. It is heightened by low interest rates, heightened levels of public and private debt, and of course, the impact of the pandemic, the pressure on healthcare systems, and employment. Policymakers need creative tools in their monetary and fiscal policy in order to fend off a future recession.'" That Tasca also serves on a EU task force, on behalf of the strictest lockdown authoritarians, should expose that such individuals care nothing about "fending off a future recession" which is caused exactly by the same policies they champion. We already see such privileged MSB-type businesses with those big box chain stores or online retailers able to weather the government-imposed storm that has demolished so many small businesses. For there can be no "reset" with first a demolition. Likewise people's personal savings and income has been destroyed and looted by such authoritarians who lecture us in the name of Covid while their own wealth remains secure (and "essential").

The World Economic Forum has argued that a centralized blockchain is needed to "solve" the local and national boundaries it sees as hindering their own efforts at Kontrol19. Indeed, its own official website places it as the cornerstone of what it terms The Great Reset Initiative: "There is an urgent need for global stakeholders to cooperate in simultaneously managing the direct consequences of the COVID-19 crisis. To improve the state of the world, the World Economic Forum is starting The Great Reset Initiative." These "global stakeholders" would apparently be the deep-pocket oligarchs who bankroll the WEF's projects and organize their meetings. They have some infinite right to "manage" the world, controlling the "direct consequences" which means they would use it whatever way suits their control. Just like Covid itself is blamed for anything resulting from the lockdowns instituted by specific State bureaucrats, the WEF article portray its "disruptions" as justifying the most extensive theft of wealth and liberties in history:

"The Covid-19 crisis, and the political, economic and social disruptions it has caused, is fundamentally changing the traditional context for decision-making. The inconsistencies, inadequacies and contradictions of multiple systems - from health and financial to energy and education - are more exposed than ever amidst a global context of concern for lives, livelihoods and the planet. Leaders find themselves at a historic crossroads, managing short-term measures against medium- and long-term uncertainties. As we enter a unique window of opportunity to shape the recovery, this initiative will offer insights to help inform all those determining the future state of global relations, the direction of national economies, the priorities of societies, the nature of business models and the management of a global commons. Drawing from the vision and vast expertise of the leaders engaged across the Forum's communities, the Great Reset Initiative has a set of dimensions to build a new social contract that honours the dignity of every human being."

It then speaks of "building purpose-driven communities in service of the extraordinary challenge and opportunity the world faces for a 'Great Reset'," advertising a virtue series called "The Great Reset Dialogue", "a joint initiative of the World Economic Forum and HRH The Prince of Wales." Yet we're supposed to believe the utopian delusions of authoritarian bureaucrats, funded by oligarchs and consulting with aristocrats, really has anything to do with "human dignity"? Another WEF article ties together Covid and "sustainability" with the Marxist "intersectionality" cult: "And so, in looking to reshape the world with COVID-19 as the wake-up call, it is imperative that businesses understand why business sustainability and equity initiatives need to be viewed through this same lens: intersectionality." A second article envisions Big Corporations, now falling over themselves in SJW platitudes combined with Covid virtue-signaling, as saviors of "capitalism and the planet" through their "corporate social responsibility" and "social governance." The free-thinking among us can see that those two mantras, along with "social distancing", are nothing but weak dog-whistles for Social Engineering.

"Building Back Better" to the Great Reset: Marketing Slogan of the World Economic Forum

 by Sean Jobst

25 November 2020

An astute observer will notice that various political and media elite figures will suddenly seize upon a specific phrase, all repeating it to the point where we have to wonder if they are speaking from the same script. Repeating that phrase or slogan is designed to "normalize" it so that whatever the agenda is behind it will be accepted by a conditioned public. One such slogan is the "Build Back Better" that was adopted as the official motto of the Biden/Harris campaign, around the time it was being repeated by politicians around the world. For example, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on 28 May 2020: "We owe it to future generations to build back better."

Biden said on July 9th: "We have a great opportunity to build back and to build back better." This was seized upon by the Legacy Media as a bold declaration of returning to the social and economic utopia that apparently existed under Obama before Orange Man Bad, while pro-Trump forces dismissed the slogan as either a cheap rip-off of "MAGA" or part of Biden's long history of plagiarism (in this case, Boris Johnson). The real origins of this slogan are far more sinister however. The exact policy proposals behind Biden's usage were rolled out on a campaign website defining it as a plan to "launch a national effort aimed at creating the jobs we need to build a modern, sustainable infrastructure now and deliver an equitable clean energy future."

This indicates his campaign's devotion to the climate apocalyptic alarmists who make up the far-left activists of his alliance, behind which stand the corporatist element who see the "Green New Deal" as the perfect bait-and-switch to steal from the productive and take their wealth for themselves in the name of such phony environmental buzzwords as "equitable", "clean", and "sustainable". The working- and middle-classes are to be shamed for the "sin" of their "carbon emissions", for which they must do the "penance" of giving up their wealth and liberties so that the elites in their infinite wisdom can dictate their top-down demands which, as we have seen with them repeatedly violating their own Rona restrictions, simply does not apply to them. Authoritarians couch their efforts to grab wealth and power for themselves, in such "humanitarian" or "greater good" appeals to hide their real agendas.

In 2013, the World Health Organization published a multilingual document: "Building Back Better: Sustainable mental health care after emergencies." The slogan was written into the UN's Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction document, following the Third UN World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction in Sendai, Japan, from 14-18 March 2015. The UN General Assembly adopted the document on 3 June 2015. That the goalpost in that document was 2030 fits in with the UN's 2030 Agenda for rolling out its "sustainable development" policies. The UN followed this with a 2017 document: "Build Back Better in recovery, rehabilitation and reconstruction." The "build back better" authoritarians seized upon climate apocalyptism and Kontrol-19 as the main opportunities for their dialectic of imposing their policies to "recover" from these crises, to "rehabilitate" those people who won't comply with their agenda, and finally "reconstruct" the world in their own image.

In a press release on 22 April 2020, the UN proclaimed: "As the world begins planning for a post-pandemic recovery, the United Nations is calling on Governments to seize the opportunity to 'build back better' by creating more sustainable, resilient and inclusive societies." Announcing their €750 billion stimulus fund on 27th May, the European Commission proposed: "Through this fund, officially titled Next Generation EU, the Commission hopes to 'build back better', through channels that contribute to a greener, more sustainable and resilient society." On 5th June, the intergovernmental Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) advocated: "Building back better: A sustainable, resilient recovery after COVID-19."

On 13 July, Peter Bakker, president and CEO of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and John Elkington, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of "emergent future" firm Volans, wrote an article for the World Economic Forum (WEF): "To build back better, we must reinvent capitalism. Here's how." They talked about the social conditions arising from "the ongoing pandemic", blaming the virus itself for what's actually caused by government-imposed lockdowns, including "the context in which anger and despair boiled over into outrage and unrest following the death of George Floyd." This would culminate in "a full-blown financial crisis to a step change in the rate of the global energy transition."

Based in Davos, Switzerland, the WEF is an elitist organization that brings together various political, corporate, banker, and media elites from all over the world, where they pontificate about what they see as the "problems" facing the world and formulate policies they want to see imposed upon the rest of us. Its founder and chairman, Klaus Schwab, has championed such theories as the "Great Reset" and "Fourth Industrial Revolution". In 2016, then U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden addressed the WEF on the subject of "Mastering The Fourth Industrial Revolution". In August 2020, TIME Magazine partnered with the WEF to promote the Great Reset: "How to Build a Better World Post-COVID-19". All the thought-leaders it promoted were Globalist bureaucrats or Corporate CEOs, so we have to wonder if its not about "Building Back Better" for Big Business.

These institutions don't operate out of a vacuum, but are funded by big bankers at every step of their operations. We can't expect anything different given Schwab's own background in finance. The World Bank promoted the slogan in September: "How to Build Back Better After the COVID-19 Crisis?" Founded with funding from the banker-created MacArthur Foundation, the global research think-tank World Resources Institute proposed: "Build Back Better: Rebooting the U.S. Economy After COVID-19." One activist group promoting the Green New Deal is Build Back Better UK, an initiative funded by the Oak Foundation, whose Advisory Council includes Barbara Rothschild. The Oak Foundation's founder, Douglas Griffiths, held many positions with both the UN and the U.S. State Department during the Obama/Biden administration.

One frequent participant at WEF meetings is Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, whose increasingly-draconian policies in Canada could shed light on what's really behind Biden's "Build Back Better", including his "Dark Winter" of a national lockdown with all that entails. Trudeau linked the "Build Back Better" slogan with the Great Reset in a press conference on 18th August: "We need to reset the approach of this government for a recovery to build back better. And those are big, important decisions and we need to present that to Parliament and to gain the confidence of Parliament to move forward on this ambitious plan." In what Canadians called his "throne speech" from Parliament on 23rd September, Trudeau doubled down on these buzz-words in what amounts to his direct control over all sectors of society using Kontrol-19 as his excuse. He promoted this on his Twitter as "Build Back Better".

Having previously congratulated Biden and Harris as the anointed Great Reset managerial figureheads over the United States region, he has consistently embraced his own role north of the border. On 14th November, Trudeau said in a video that has been posted online: "Building back better means getting support to the most vulnerable while maintaining our momentum on reaching the 2030 agenda for sustainable development and the SDGs. Canada is here to listen, and to help. This pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset. This is our chance to accelerate our pre-pandemic efforts to reimagine economic systems that actually address global challenges like extreme poverty, inequality, and climate change." This can no longer be dismissed as a conspiracy theory, but comes straight from his own mouth - sure as he is within his own power.

Trudeau directly invokes Agenda 2030, which has been accelerated with Covid according to a supportive article by the Alan Turing Institute, a UK-based data science and A.I. institute founded in 2015: "Recently, governments around the world have had to destine substantial resources in order to fight the COVID-19 pandemic; preventing them from achieving their original goals. This is extremely important for the 2030 Agenda of the SDGs, to which all UN Member States have committed." Among the Globalist activist organizations currently using it to accelerate their own efforts are CIVICUS and Democracy Without Borders, which promotes using Covid to form "a UN Parliamentary Assembly, then after that a world parliament and ultimately a world federation." For his part, Klaus Schwab has openly said: "The pandemic represents a rare but narrow window of opportunity to reflect, reimagine, and reset our world."

Agenda 2030 was promoted by two separate articles on the WEF website in November 2016. The article "8 predictions for the world in 2030" is filled with various climate alarmism and unfettered borders platitudes, advocating a situation where "All products will have become services." This is part of the cold, purely statistical view these elitists have towards humanity, where everything is reduced to its economic utility according to dictates of the managerial class. Danish parliamentarian Ida Auken, a member of the leftist Danish Social Liberal Party and an ordained priest of the Church of Denmark, wrote the article "Welcome to 2030. I Own Nothing. Have no privacy, and life has never been better". There would no longer be any personal possessions in her forecast, with "products" (everything is reduced to economic utility to such people) replaced by "services" (all the better to be exploited and manipulated). Liberties would be abolished, including privacy, as all "communication became digitized" so people can be more easily monitored and controlled.

The article envisions the masses being herded into crowded urban centers, clearly the Smart Cities project. Auken foresees "free space" apartments replacing personal dwellings, where "someone else is using our free space whenever we do not need it." Hers is a privileged delusion with no space for what it truly means to be human - no satisfaction of tilling the soil or working hard, no privacy, or using one's talents to create and produce something. By far the most ominous part of her article is her dismissive attitude towards those refusing to submit: "My biggest concern is all the people who do not live in our city. Those we lost on the way. Those who decided that it became too much, all this technology. Those who felt obsolete and useless when robots and AI took over big parts of our jobs. Those who got upset with the political system and turned against it. They live different kind of lives outside of the city. Some have formed little self-supplying communities. Others just stayed in the empty and abandoned houses in small 19th century villages."

Notice the framing in how any opposition to technology being used to manipulate people is dismissed as a Luddite aversion to technology itself, in the same way that we who question how The Rona is being used to fear-monger for mass-control are dismissed as "science deniers" or "anti-maskers". What happens to those not compliant is far more appealing than being automatons of the Great Reset. Yet it conveys the reality that some would be isolated as social outcasts or downright pariahs of the public order. The draconian measures that governments all over the world have taken in the name of "fighting the virus" - with its ever-changing goalposts - some want to see replicated in the United States. Michael Osterholm, a member of Biden's Coronavirus Task Force, openly spoke of people's savings as if they're government property to do with as they will, and cites New Zealand and Australia - with their strict lockdowns and isolation camps - as models, oblivious that just as with the many American states now going into second lockdowns, those strict measures never "flattened the curve".

We can look at the draconian measures Trudeau is imposing upon our neighbor to the North for the future envisioned by the elites surrounding Build Back Biden. A dissenting member within the Liberal Party of Canada leaked a stunning plan from their Strategic Planning Committee, steered directly by the Prime Minister's Office, on 14th October. It includes deploying military "into major metropolitan areas as well as all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints. Restrict travel and movement." Already checkpoints are instituted in many U.S. states and among Biden's proposals are such authoritarian measures that it would effectively restrict people's free travel and movement by crushing an already-fragile transportation industry in the name of "fighting the virus". Biden and Harris' stated desire to restrict such movements of Americans is hard to reconcile with their open borders policy of mass-immigration - yet we're supposed to believe they're actually worried about the spread of a virus rather than simply using it as an excuse for their authoritarianism?

The Canadian document continues: "The federal government will offer to eliminate all personal debts (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc) which all funding will be provided to Canada by the IMF under what will become known as the World Debt Reset program. In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever. The individual would also have to agree to partake in the COVID-19 and COVID-21 vaccination schedule, which would provide the individual with unrestricted travel and unrestricted living even under a full lock down (through the use of photo identification referred to as Canada's HealthPass." Anyone familiar with how the IMF "forgave" national debts in exchange for "development" which was actually a buying up of those personal and national assets, should be wary of what such a "Reset" entails.

Here in the U.S., there is a large segment of people easily bought off by any promise of debt forgiveness dangled before them by millionaire Socialist celebrity politicians. Such economic illiterates are kept in the dark that government drives up the costs of student loans; that it was the oligarch-linked elites who for decades promoted this propaganda that one's entire measure in life depended on a university degree; that its actually that class of non-producers called government bureaucrats who borrow from private banks and pass their debt off onto the people in a bait-and-switch. That governments are in such a position to "forgive debt" owed to these private banks in the first place is a stunning admission that they are controlled by these bankers. Yet all these platitudes are lobbied for by the Leftist activist side of the Biden/Harris alliance while the Corporatist side will see their profits grow under the Great Build Back.

Perhaps the most ominous part of the Canadian document is this passage: "In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever." This describes the practice of civil asset forfeiture, extended now to a mass-scale using the virus as the excuse. That such could be replicated in the U.S. would not be surprising given that Biden is the architect of the government's modern asset forfeiture program, and Harris was a staunch supporter of it in California, even without any charges against the accused. As for what would happen to those Canadians who refused to submit to this debt forgiveness swindle, the document bluntly says that such people "would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities. Once in those facilities they would be given two options, participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized."

The document concludes: "It won't just be Canada but in fact all nations will have similar roadmaps and agendas." For Americans accustomed to thinking it can't happen here due to the liberties recognized as innate by the Constitution, lockdowns have accelerated an erosion of such basic freedoms as the right to assemble (except as approved by the political and media elites). Some of us have fortunately been spared it in the more "red" states, but I previously described how a Biden/Harris regime could impose it nationwide. But surely the "isolation facilities" couldn't be replicated in the United States? We need only consider and ask what the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) refer to in a document on their official website, which refer to Community Isolation Centers: "CICs should ensure that people with suspected COVID-19 (either awaiting test results or unable to be tested due to lack of tests) and those with confirmed cases are placed in separate areas." It will be all sold to the people using "public health" concerns as defined by these authoritarians, even while they violate their own laws. Its one big club and we ain't in it - nor is there any "Build Back" except after a demolition.

Biden and the Dark Winter: The Rona as an Excuse for Authoritarianism. #Kontrol19

 by Sean Jobst

21 November 2020

Joe Biden, the career politician the Media has crowned "President-Elect", recently warned: "We're still facing a very dark winter." He said this as he was unveiling his 13-member Coronavirus Task Force on 9 November, signaling his plan for "a coordinated national strategy". It would ostensibly be invoked to tackle the Coronavirus, but history reveals authoritarians have always used allegedly "temporary" measures to increase their powers. They have always couched their authoritarianism in "humanitarian" terms such as "public health" or "national security", knowing that once enabled these measures can be built upon long after the "temporary crisis" subsides. We can expect no different with his plans, given the stricter lockdowns now being instituted in several states and worldwide as an ominous sign.

His plans include invoking the Defense Production Act which Trump (to his great credit) was hesitant to deploy, giving powers to the states on whether to lockdown or mandate masks. Biden's "robust federal response" entails a powerful federal government using wartime powers to force its dictates upon states and local communities. He would blatantly discard this constitutional Republic's system of checks-and-balances upon the Executive Branch, signaling his desire (or perhaps those of his handlers) to assume an executive presidency. This is in keeping with his 47-year record which included draconian drug war and crime legislation, enabling expansive war powers to the Bush and Obama administrations, and writing and sponsoring the Omnibus Counterterrorism Act upon which the Patriot Act was based. He has already expressed his intention to make a series of Executive Orders within the first week. As for how he would go about dictating to the states, it would be through a mix of bribery and threats - rewarding or withholding federal funds based on compliance.

Such desires coming from a lockdown authoritarian who speaks in ominous terms of a "dark winter" have already led to some buyer's remorse from certain Biden voters, including leftist writer Naomi Wolf who wrote: "If I’d known Biden was open to ‘lockdowns’ as he now states, which is something historically unprecedented in any pandemic, and a terrifying practice, one that won’t ever end because elites love it, I would never have voted for him." They are however consistent with what his campaign's plans were all along, including the Covid-19 section of his official website. In an October 23 speech, Biden said he would "go to every governor and urge them to mandate mask wearing in their states," despite the clear evidence masks have no actual effect on the virus' spread - many areas saw their Coronavirus numbers increase even as they instituted and enforced such mandates. An October study trying to prove that masks reduced Covid hospitalizations, was withdrawn after numbers actually rose in many of those sampled areas with mask mandates.

"As president I will mandate mask wearing in all federal buildings and all interstate transportation because masks save lives - period," Biden pontificated in the speech. "Wearing masks is not a political statement, it is a scientific imperative." Such appeals to "science" has been a favorite of lockdown authoritarians, ignoring that "science" is filled with differing opinions and hypotheses based on the scientific method. This is nothing but a selective appeal to authority that ignores how even the World Health Organization now advises against lockdowns, and over 600 American doctors signed a May letter warning against both the health and economic problems caused by lockdowns. We can't expect actual "science" from a demented Biden who gaffed about "200 million deaths" in September, but only an environment where statistics are manipulated around his authoritarian needs.

That authoritarian approach is defined by a top-down approach where the Executive Office and his 13-advisors would assume control over the entire economy. One of these is Michael Osterholm, a University of Minnesota infectious-disease specialist who like his new boss has fear-mongered about the "150,000 deaths" he projects between November and January. On Nov. 11, he told Yahoo Finance: "We could pay for a package right now to cover all of the wages, lost wages for individual workers, for losses to small companies, to medium-sized companies, for cities, states, county governments, we could do all that. If we did that then we could lock down for four to six weeks, and if we did that then we could drive the numbers down like they've done in Asia, like they did in New Zealand and Australia."

Its no accident he invoked those specific examples, with their draconian lockdowns (such as in the Australian state of Victoria) and unprecedented police powers being the model he wants imposed upon America. We can expect "defund the police" advocates to support the police powers of a government that sanctions and panders to their projects, as indeed they applauded police when they cracked down on other social gatherings or anti-lockdown protests. Those measures in Melbourne which includes a massive CCTV system, installed in the name of "safety and security", fit the mass-surveillance which is the hallmark of Smart Cities. Keeping people on lockdown, with no outside income and limited interaction in the outside world, transferring wealth to electronic interactions, have been a major plan of these authoritarians whose own wealth is secure. Totalitarian systems entrusted certain people to inform on and monitor their neighbors or even relatives - a precursor to the "Karen" meme most represented now by Covidian virtue-signalers who snitch on those not compliant with this Cult.

Osterholm claimed the U.S. has "a big pool of money out there that we could borrow," citing an increased personal savings rate and "historic low interest rates by the federal government." Refusing to stay in his lane, he reveals his economic illiteracy, as is so often the case with these privileged authoritarians out of touch with how life actually works for the rest of us Proles. A lockdown would obviously affect the producers and supply chains of those products he seems to think appear out of thin air and would be easily purchased by people's savings. Not to mention those savings would quickly lose their purchasing power, as costs are driven up with an ever-growing Debt. The private bankers that would print the money his government would dole out to an enlarged-dependent class would obviously make untold profits. Other beneficiaries would be certain multinational corporations, who saw their profits rise to astronomical levels during this year that already destroyed many small businesses. He is openly speaking of individuals' personal savings as if its the State's resources, to be plundered using these lockdowns as the cover for their transfer to his privileged class.

The authoritarians are using the virus whose fears are constantly hyped by a Media controlled by those same multinational corporations, to transfer more power and wealth from the working and productive classes of this nation, into the hands of only a few who enjoy their own profits and lavish lifestyles from the crony networks that form these bureaucracies. Another member of Biden's 13-member "task force" is Zeke Emanuel, an oncologist and member of the infamous Emanuel political crime family of Chicago. He served as special adviser for health policy to the director of the White House Office of Management and Budget from 2009 to 2011. His psychopathy masquerading as imagination included a 2014 essay hoping that 75-year-olds die because "creativity, originality and productivity are pretty much gone for the vast majority of us," although no comment whether he includes the septuagenarian Biden in this category. More recently, he has said we "cannot return to normal" without a mandatory vaccine, and went even further than Osterholm, advocating for an 18-month lockdown "without schooling and income and contact with your friends and extended family."

Whether its the vague 4-6 weeks or the more blunt 18-months, the numbers are as arbitrary as their manipulation of "science". They extend the goalpost depending on whatever works for them at a time. It was an initial two weeks merely to "flatten the curve," but this later turned into second lockdowns in many places with extended rules as it goes along. That Biden named as his chief of staff Obama's Ebola Czar Ron Klain, indicates just how central the Covid will be to roll in these various projects. They want to be followed, even though Klain admitted in 2019 that the Obama/Biden administration's H1N1 response "had nothing to do with us doing anything right. It just had to do with luck." It serves his purpose to inflame fears about the virus now, but on February 13 Klain downplayed Covid: "We don't have a #COVID-19 epidemic in the US but we are starting to see a fear epidemic. Kudos to @NYCMayor (and others) for standing against that." That he was more concerned with virtue signaling about "racism" and supporting a mayor whose policy of placing people infected with Covid in the nursing homes, says alot about his actual priorities even while using it as an excuse now.

If the virus was as dangerous as they claim, instead of being used as an excuse to roll out their own authoritarianism, than why are its staunchest advocates violating even their own policies or platitudes? Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer violated her own social distancing rules, attending a BLM rally even as she fined others. In Illinois, Governor J.B. Pritzker (of a wealthy business family) and Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot took to the streets of Chicago, celebrating Biden's "victory" despite their strict policies against large gatherings as violating lockdowns. California Governor Gavin Newsom attended a 50th birthday party with 12 friends at a $850-meal restaurant in Napa Valley, flouting his own strict rules on masks and social distancing. Speaker of the U.S. House and California Congresswoman, Nancy Pelosi, went to a San Francisco salon that was shut down but opened for her, despite her own advocacy of lockdowns. Woke millionaire celebrities have called on people to give up their possessions during lockdowns, despite their own lavish lifestyles. CNN pundit Chris Cuomo, member of a prominent New York political family and brother of a Governor who instituted the deadly nursing homes policy, openly shames those not wearing masks but has been censored by the management of his apartment building for not wearing a mask himself. CNN activist reporter Kaitlin Collins, daughter of a wealthy mortgage banker (and unfortunately from my home-state), slammed a maskless Trump but after the press conference removed her mask when she thought the cameras were off.

Rules for thee but not for me is the modus operandi of such virtue-signaling authoritarians. Its no accident these politicians, including Biden, would adopt in unison this ritual where they would walk out to speak with a mask, removing it just as they got to the podium. Its an image that hides their hypocrisy while dictating to the masses what they want imposed on them. And could there be more behind Biden's use of this ominous phrase "Dark Winter"? He could have possibly been signaling some new Operation Dark Winter, which happened to be "the code-name for a senior-level bio-terrorist attack simulation conducted on June 22-23, 2001. It was designed to carry out a mock version of a covert and widespread smallpox attack on the United States." I've learned these terms they seem to use out of nowhere are not accidental. Just as the Coronavirus was preceded by simulation Event 201, could this be a new phase in an authoritarian transfer of power and wealth using the public health as their excuse? What Biden and his ilk seem to be telling the masses: "Embrace the Dark Winter. Resistance Is Futile."

The War Machine Strikes Back: Is Trump Finally Reining in on Netanyahu and War-Profiteers?

 by Sean Jobst

18 November 2020

In my previous post, I mentioned a Zoom call of leftist bureaucrats openly calling for a "coup". They included Maria Stephan, an academic involved with the Orwellian-named Institute of Peace - staffed with various interventionist dregs of the Republican and Democratic Parties. One of her associates at the Institute is ex-Secretary of Defense Mike Esper, whom Trump recently fired in a shake-up at the Pentagon that saw Esper's allies resigning and replaced by Trump loyalists who support his withdrawal from foreign wars. A second Trump administration would likely not include a large number of its current cabinet members, so there's some kind of shift. A series of recent events could shed light on whether Trump is reining in on his close relationship with Netanyahu and purging war-profiteers from the Department of Defense - or whether there's more than meets the eye. As is often the case, the reality seems complicated but is worth decoding.

Among the world leaders congratulating "President-Elect" Joe Biden after his crowning by the Establishment, was Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who tweeted on Nov. 8, 12:03 AM: "Congratulations @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris. Joe, we've had a long & warm personal relationship for nearly 40 years, and I know you as a great friend of Israel. I look forward to working with both of you to further strengthen the special alliance between the U.S. and Israel." This came despite four years of Trump's kowtowing: Green-lighting annexation of the Golan Heights; moving the embassy to Jerusalem; brokering and enforcing peace deals with several Arab countries; approving sale of the F-35; and allowing the continued subversion of American hi-tech and cyber-security firms by start-ups linked to alumni of Israeli Military Intelligence's Unit 8200 in spite of the vow to "MAGA". (Biden has his own Unit 8200 links via his two WestExec advisors, Michèle Flournoy and Tony Blinken).

Esper was apparently fired for two reasons. In June, he openly disputed Trump's suggestion that U.S. troops be deployed to quash violent Antifa and BLM riots across the nation. More recently, Esper publicly disagreed with the withdrawal from Afghanistan that has been advocated by Trump. The first public announcement by his successor, the National Counterterrorism Center director Christopher Miller, has been an American withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan by January 2021. The outcry from the MSM reveals an established consensus that sees the U.S. military's role as carrying out the policies of lobbyists, war-profiteers, and the Military-Industrial Complex abroad, while denying internal security, such as protecting the borders they want unfettered, and deterring the riots they have been inciting. Their vision is of a militarized society, not with an armed citizenry such as the military, but with contractor firms and privately-run militaries overseen by an authoritarian federal government.

A few days after the Pentagon shake-up, outgoing Syria war envoy James Jeffrey admitted that he and others lied about the number of American troops in Syria, whenever Trump pushed them for a complete end to American meddling in that conflict. "We were always playing shell games to not make clear to our leadership how many troops we had there," Jeffrey said. "In each case, we then decided to come up with five better arguments for why we needed to stay. And we succeeded both times." Its peculiar that Jeffrey was hired the first place, as one of the signatories of the infamous "Never Trump" letter in August 2016, and now advises Biden. The MSM is so deranged with Trump they framed the story in a way to ridicule Trump, missing the point that this is treason because they have long lied and championed for America's entanglements in Syria and elsewhere. We could expect a return to the Bush/Obama status quo of foreign wars under a Biden/Harris administration, given the assorted Neocons and liberal interventionists surrounding them.

One of the most noticeable results of the Trump administration has been the realignment within American politics, with assorted Neocons and old-style "Never Trump" Republicans aligning with and coalescing around the Biden/Harris campaign. George W. Bush has openly supported and congratulated Biden. Dick Cheney's daughter, Liz Cheney, has been a public critic of Trump, while Biden has praised the legacy of her father. Among the Bush cronies to have supported and endorsed Biden were Colin Powell, the Secretary of State who pushed the Iraq WMD lie; Tom Ridge, first secretary of the Homeland Security department created by that same administration that brought us the bipartisan Patriot Act; William H. Webster, former CIA Director and chief of the Homeland Security Advisory Council; Dov Zakheim, staunchly-Zionist Under Secretary of Defense; John Negroponte, the career diplomat with a decades-long warmonger record across the world; Philip Zelikow, executive director of the 9/11 Commission that rubber-stamped the official story; and Bush's Neocon speechwriter David Frum. They also include Bill Kristol, the "godfather" of Neoconservatism, and both founders of the neocon think-tank Project for the New American Century, Eliot Cohen and Robert Kagan.

Its inexplicable why Trump hired some of the people he did in the first place, the likes of the warmonger John Bolton and others who showed their interests were always for Israel and not America. The darkest spot around Trump for me has always been the people he surrounds himself with, such as a Chabad-linked Jared Kushner or the Israel-obsessed religious fanatic Mike Pompeo. I called out these foreign policy links even before the 2016 election, yet these four years I have seen Trump pull away from these wars. The Overton Window has shifted towards non-interventionism for a large segment of the Republican Party in a way I never saw before. I agree with what IT security specialist Patrick Bergy said (as often cited by Australian researcher Brendon O'Connell): "They're using it however it benefits them. If it benefits them to attack Trump, they will attack Trump. If it benefits them to use Trump to hurt their enemies, then they will use Trump to hurt their enemies. It has nothing to do with politics. It's all about power and profit. People have to get the politics out of their mind with this. Once you can accept that, it starts making sense."

As O'Connell has noted, among the worst of the activist network around Trump is Roger Stone, who continues to be tied to certain Neocons and sidelined Steve Bannon who at least criticizes Kissinger, the "party of Davos", and international bankers (even while failing to see the Israel component of that power-order); and "former" CFR member and Kissinger associate, Steve Pieczenick, who seems to have enabled Kissinger back into the White House despite Kissinger's previous criticism of Trump at the World Economic Forum on the very day of Trump's inauguration. Aware of an American public more awake to the reality of these wars, the CFR has been positioning Kissinger as representing "realism": "Welcome Back to Kissinger's World: Neoconservatism has died, and liberal internationalism is discredited. Perhaps it's time to return to the ideas of one of the last century's greatest realists." The reality is that he doesn't represent a shift, but is part of the synthesis under a new name between those two poles of interventionism - part of the political realignment we see under Biden/Harris.

It could be that the network has something on Trump, or he sees something of his own personal interests in those who so blatantly disregard any "MAGA" agenda. Despite being called a "Fascist" by large segments of the Left, Trump's approach has been remarkably hands-off and less authoritarian than previous Presidents, a corollary of which is his enablement of certain other appointees who have their own agendas. An illustration of this trend is the person of Miles Taylor, who was an "internal Resistance" leaker while Chief of Staff to former Homeland Security Secretaries Nielsen and McAleenan. (As we see with the recent firing of Chris Krebs, who denied any fraud in the election, and the Biden affiliations of Ridge and Webster, its no surprise the DHS hired Taylor). He is a CFR member who epitomizes the convergence between Big Tech and Bureaucracy. Having earlier been a Cheney intern, he endorsed Biden because Trump wasn't interested in his pet foreign policy proposals: "What we saw week in and week out, for me, after two and a half years in that administration, was terrifying. We would go in to try to talk to him about a pressing national security issue—cyberattack, terrorism threat—he wasn't interested in those things. To him, they weren't priorities."

One of the possible counterbalances to this network could be Retired Army Col. Douglas Macgregor, recently hired as Miller's Senior Advisor at the Pentagon. In an interview on Tucker Carlson's Fox News show, Macgregor shed light on the inexplicable: "I think President Trump lost control over the whole appointment process and staffing the government shortly after the election. I don't know the details, but he ended up appointing large numbers of people who subsequently brought in their friends, almost all of whom were opposed to Donald Trump and his agenda." Macgregor's foreign policy views are complex but generally he is skeptical of interventionism.

An initial supporter of the Iraq War, by 2008 Macgregor admitted that the Iraq and Afghanistan wars "produced very serious and negative consequences for American national-security interests." He has been outspoken on European affairs, including a courageous criticism of Angela Merkel's migration policies and the shame/guilt complex forced upon Germany as a "sick mentality". Unfortunately, Macgregor has often appeared on Kremlin-state media supporting Russia's invasion of eastern Ukraine and denying a distinct Ukrainian identity there. Given this, what we can expect from him is the positive trend of an American withdrawal coupled with the negative trend of America's place simply being taken up by the Russian partner of the "multipolar" alliance (with Israel and Communist China). A truly "America-First" policy would advocate a final end to these wars and adventures overseas, coupled with a vigilance about this multipolar alliance and its subversion of the American hi-tech sector.

On Nov. 13, the CNN warmongers at CNN reported with alarm Macgregor's outspoken views against the stranglehold AIPAC has over American foreign policy. His remarks were also picked up by Haaretz in an analysis blocked to non-subscribers (but available elsewhere). In a 2019 interview, he said that Pompeo "has his hands out for money from the Israeli lobby, the Saudis and others", and Bolton "has become very, very rich and is in the position he's in because of his unconditional support for the Israeli lobby. He is their man on the ground, in the White House." Concerning the anti-Iran warmongers: "You have to look at the people that donate to those individuals," because AIPAC has "enormous quantities of money that over many years have cultivated an enormous influence in power in Congress."

Macgregor said in a 2012 RT interview: "I think the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee and its subordinate elements or affiliated elements that represent enormous quantities of money that over many years have cultivated an enormous influence in power in Congress. I think you've got a lot of people on the Hill who fall into two categories - one category that is interested in money and wants to be reelected, and they don't want to run the risk of the various lobbies that are pushing military action against Iran to contribute money to their opponents." He has been accused of "anti-Semitism" by the thought-police (ADL and AIPAC), but these are belied by his support for the Golan Heights annexation and U.S. embassy moving to Jerusalem. He appears close to Israeli Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen. Aviv Kochavi, who made Macgregor's book "Transformation under Fire" required reading for officials with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and above.

Kochavi was Director of Israeli Military Intelligence (Aman) from 2010 to 2014, so would have overseen Unit 8200's activities. And on Nov. 12th, Kochavi held a virtual meeting with U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley to discuss "the current situation in the region and Israel-USA military cooperation." This indicates that despite Netanyahu's acceptance of Biden, that cooperation remains either way. So the answer to that question of reining in on Netanyahu is an unfortunate "No" although it should still serve as a wake-up call that any "America-First" policy can never include a "special" relationship with Israel which will always subvert America's actual interests. Bret Stephens, the staunch-Zionist New York Times columnist and former Jerusalem Post editor, said it bluntly: "Israel will not be safe in an America First world." Its no accident that Neocons and other Zionists decry any return to a non-interventionist foreign policy as "anti-Semitic" and specifically denounce even the "America-First" slogan.

Despite stark differences in domestic policies and vision between Trump and Biden, it would be business as usual with Israel. The tweet indicates Netanyahu sees Trump's fortunes as losing to Biden's apparent coronation - all are expendable when someone else comes along who can serve his purposes more. This should nevertheless be treated like a betrayal for a President who has shown he values personal loyalty with his various firings (including various figures who shouldn't have been hired in the first place). Personal loyalties should at least sway policies where broader considerations of America's interests were ignored before, which is foremost to end the hi-tech and cyber-security subversion by Israeli intelligence in close collusion with Chinese intelligence.

The main difference on the latter count is China, with Beijing Biden's deep links to various Chinese government firms documented as are his championing of trade deals that would benefit the Belt and Road as clearly as his domestic policies suits the World Economic Forum's Great Reset. There should not be any special pandering to one country, such as has been done with countless billions of taxpayer dollars delivered to Israel. This also includes reducing the U.S. State Department to being Israel's enforcer, whether its the wars for Israel under the Bush and Obama administrations, or the peace deals for Israel and sanctions against its enemies which are the hallmark of Trump's Mideast policy. Perhaps its time to be a "heretic" in this age of the Big Lie and the same tired old political dogmas as we have been conditioned to accept.

The Overton Window has shifted towards ending this legacy of wars and interventions - and this will obviously continue with a second Trump administration. So the answer to the question about reining in the war-profiteers seems to be a firm "Yes", as they seem to be shifting more towards the Democratic Party's strange tripartite alliance of Liberal Corporatists, Neocons, and Far-Left Socialists/Communists. Given the Trotskyite roots of Neoconservatism, this isn't surprising; nor given the fact that Big Business and Wall Street interests have never seen any contradiction between their profits and bankrolling Communist revolutions and movements. This triple alliance is epitomized by a Biden/Harris administration that will turn back the clock to that entire disgusting legacy. Just as there is a shifting in political alignments, there should be a fundamental re-evaluation coupled with an unwavering rejection of that legacy. But for the time-being, all Americans and others of conscience and principles should celebrate this closing of the dark chapters that are America's entanglements in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Millions of low-information voters will indeed clap
with enthusiasm as they fall asleep during his wars
