"'Let's call it pure luck,' he [Dr. Chen Katz, biotechnology group leader of MIGAL, The Galilee Research Institute] said. 'We decided to choose coronavirus as a model for our system just as a proof of concept for our technology.'" (Maayan Jaffe Hoffman, "Israeli scientists: 'In a few weeks, we will have coronavirus vaccine," The Jerusalem Post, 15 March 2020)
Not the virus itself but the agenda is about increasing surveillance and micromanaging of people and resources, deliberately crashing the world's economies to create a new face to the same interlinking Globalist system, and increase technology transfers to certain groups. "Social Distancing" and "Social Isolation" are codewords for Social Engineering. Anointed technocratic "experts" have manufactured the fears and anxieties of a compliant public, upon whom lockdowns have been justified no matter the very real economic and psychological effects that will be worse and more lasting than the Problem which prompted the lockdowns. These include the suicides, despair, falling back into substance abuses, and other problems stemming from the sudden "quarantines". They also include armies of unemployed now denied their very livelihoods, and the businesses that will never come back.
Even within the "alternative" movement that has questioned official narratives, are many groups and individuals promoting their own false narratives. Chief among these are those who hate their own Western countries so much they faithfully serve as mouthpieces of the Kremlin and Chinese Communist regime, pontificating for example on the Israeli influence within their own countries but ignoring Israel's extensive links with their beloved "multipolar" saviors. Among them are those promoting a "Fort Detrick" origin narrative for the Coronavirus in the same vein as the KGB's Operation Infektion psyop. They naively assume that the governments of Russia, China and other selected countries of their orbit are "innocent" of the same type of sordid track record as Western governments.
They include those who have ripped off the pioneering work of a few individuals (whom I am also heavily indebted to, especially Brendon O'Connell and Jon Swinn) about Unit 8200 and Talpiot, but injecting into it their own disinfo which hides all the links of Russia and China, further accusing it of only being a Western corporate and Big Pharma agenda which ignores the other poles of Globalism. Such as those who pin it onto a bioweapon "trade war" narrative which absolves the Chinese regime of any blame. I don't want to give such voices much publicity, but just one group pushing this narrative is the Canada-based Centre for Research on Globalization, whose founder is the son of a career UN diplomat, often appears on Kremlin-state media, and his rhetoric promoted by Chinese diplomats and state media. There are many more examples.
The Event 201 Network
In Part 3, I referenced a vaccine by the Big Pharma firm Emergent Biosolutions, with associations with 9/11 figures Jerome Hauer and Michael Chertoff and the Israeli Unit 8200-ridden Carbyne, funded by a Bill Gates-founded group called the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI). It was founded in 2016 at the World Economic Forum as a joint project of four governments (Norway, Germany, Japan, and India), two private foundations (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Wellcome Trust), and six of the largest Big Pharma firms: GSK GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, J&J, Sanofi, Takeda, and Pfizer. This joining of governments, "philanthropic" foundations, and for-profit companies is a perfect illustration of Communitarianism, the Globalist "Smart Cities" dialectical ideology.
These various foundations are linked, disguising their activities as "humanitarian" while their ill-gotten money has strings attached and are linked to profit-making trusts, as with Gates' various operations. One of his partners in CEPI is The Wellcome Trust's Jeremy Farrar, since 2018 a board member of the Global Preparedness Management Board (GPMB), one of the players behind Event 201 along with a collection of Big Banks, Big Pharma, and government-linked medical groups to further "private-public cooperation" (as per Agenda 2030?). Indeed the GPMB is associated with both the World Bank and the Wuhan ("World") Health Organization. It was on their behalf that the GPMB issued its 2019 annual report, "A World At Risk: Annual report on global preparedness for health emergencies", curiously highlighting "Progress indicator(s) by September 2020" seeming to plan for a pandemic: "The United Nations (including WHO) conducts at least two systemwide training and simulation exercises, including one covering the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen"(page 4).
The GPMB touted the phrase "new normal" in 2019, before it became a Covidian buzzword to mentally prepare the masses to accept whatever changes will come in its wake. Other GPMB board members include high-ranking government health officials in Russia, China, the EU, and elsewhere; Dr. Chris Elias, president of the Global Development Program for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; and two familiar names in the American Coronavirus discourse: Drs. Anthony Fauci and Victor Dzau. Between 2003 and 2010, Fauci was on the Scientific Board of Global Grand Challenges, funded by and associated with the Gates Foundation. Aside from serving as one of the World Economic Forum's Health Governors, Dzau is a Board Member of Research! America, a non-profit which issued a propaganda fluff piece praising CEPI. Dzau is one of the benefactors on the "Honor Roll" of the Jewish Federation of Durham Chapel Hill, which has awarded and associated with Chabad, the supremacist movement backed by deep oligarchic networks whose activities I documented in several articles.
An indirect Unit 8200-link to Event 201 comes through the French multinational pharma firm Sanofi, whose former CEO Christopher Vierbacher visited Israel in 2009, meeting with Shimon Peres and involving the firm in a joint project with the Unit 8200-ridden Technion. "Sanofi's interest in Israel as a source of innovation has grown in recent years," according to Sanofi-Aventis Israel general manager Ronnie Birnboim. One of the recipients of Sanofi's award is Israeli bacteria researcher Roy Kishony, "a graduate of the Talpiot program", a more exclusive offshoot of Unit 8200. "Biology is becoming a quantitative science - a discipline that makes use of advanced calculation methods and Big Data," Kishony has said, which should add some significance to Netanyahu's own boasts about using Big Data as one of the three planks of Israel's hi-tech superpower, alongside AI and connectivity. Sanofi has some association with BiomX, an Israeli microbiome firm whose CEO and Board Member Jonathan Solomon "was selected to participate in the elite Israeli Defense Forces 'Talpiot' program, graduated as class valedictorian, and served for 10 years in a classified military unit," as touted on the firm's website.
Harvard neuroscientist Charles Lieber, awarded Israel's Wolf Prize in 2012 |
Israeli/Chinese agent Charles Lieber and Nanosys' Unit 8200 links
On 28 January 2020, news broke that Charles Lieber, a renowned neuroscientist and chair of Harvard's Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, was arrested and charged with lying about his ties to China's Thousand Talents Plan, "a program designed to lure people with knowledge of foreign technology and intellectual property to China," according to an Associated Press article. "Under Lieber's Thousand Talents program contract, prosecutors say, he was paid $50,000 a month by the Wuhan University of Technology in China and living expenses up to $158,000. He was also awarded more than $1.5 million to establish a research lab at the Chinese university, prosecutors said. In exchange, prosecutors say, Lieber agreed to publish articles, organize international conferences and apply for patents on behalf of the Chinese university, among other things."
Although not directly related to Coronavirus, his arrest indicates suspicious connections to Chinese espionage and "soft propaganda" efforts. But lost in the debate is Lieber's links with Israel, giving us a fuller picture in light of that country's role in China's Belt and Road Initiative. As founder of the nanotechnology startup Nanosys, Lieber participated in the "NanoIsrael: Showcasing Israeli Nanotechnology" conference in Jerusalem on 30-31 March 2009. That conference was initiated by Professor Nava Swersky Sofer, who works closely with Unit 8200 and was president and CEO of Yissum, the Hebrew University's technology transfer company, until December 2008. On 13 May 2012, Lieber was awarded the Wolf Prize for his work on nanowires, in a Knesset ceremony presided over by Shimon Peres. This is a $100,000 international award given to scientists and artists, in what I suspect involves some technology transfer to Israel.
We have to wonder what kind of operation Lieber was part of at Harvard, which is positioned in a region with many hi-tech and biotech laboratories and firms. As with California's Silicon Valley, many Israeli cybersecurity firms have moved to Boston as part of Unit 8200's technology transfers from the United States back to Israel. The one man who has most facilitated this (as well as Israel's close ties with Putin and Xi Jinping) is Netanyahu, who studied at M.I.T. after serving with "an elite commando unit", Sayeret Matkal, which falls under the control of Israeli Military Intelligence according to the IDF's own website. Sayeret Matkal also has a direct link to Unit 8200: "Although 8200 is more known for its glasses wearing computer geniuses, this section of the unit helps to gather field intelligence for the most elite combat units in the IDF – including Sayeret Matkal and the Israeli Navy's Shayetet 13." Not surprisingly, Chinese institutions such as the Wuhan Institute of Virology have been active in smuggling biological agents out of the Boston area:
"Scientists have downloaded sensitive research files before returning to China, filed patents based on U.S. research, lied on grant applications and failed to disclose money they had received from Chinese institutions, according to a congressional report issued last fall....Federal prosecutors in Boston also announced charges this week against a researcher at Boston University, who is accused of concealing her ties to the Chinese military. Yanqing Ye, who prosecutors say is a lieutenant in the People's Liberation Army, lied about her military service to get into the U.S. and researched U.S. military projects and gathered information on two U.S. scientists for the Chinese military....Federal authorities suspect that both Harvard and Winnipeg were complicit in the smuggling of dangerous biological agents to the Wuhan Institute of Virology."
A Long Record of Israeli/Chinese Espionage at North American Laboratories
The Wuhan Institute of Virology houses China's only Pathogen 4-Level Biosafety Laboratory, studying such P4 microbes as the Coronavirus. In recent years, at least two Chinese virologists, Xiangguo Qui and Keding Cheng, have been caught stealing and smuggling sensitive virus research and samples from the National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg, Canada's only P4-Level virology laboratory, to Wuhan. For the suspicious origins of Coronavirus in Wuhan, I highly recommend YouTuber laowhy86's video entitled "I Found The Source of the Coronavirus". Also adding to a fuller picture is the book, Seeds of Fire: China and the Story Behind the Attack on America (Tempe, AZ: Dandelion Books, 2001), by the late Welsh author and investigative journalist Gordon Thomas, who was a specialist on Mossad. As the following excerpts document, Israeli and Chinese intelligence collaborated in espionage at Los Alamos laboratory (so its not a stretch to suggest a similar role in the Winnipeg and Boston cases):
"Over the ensuing years, that cooperation had developed on all levels. China had provided Israel with experts on water desalination and agricultural techniques. Israel had provided the Chinese with the details of various weapon systems provided by the United States but it was in the secret world of intelligence, the one inhabited by Mossad and CSIS, that the closest ties had been developed. These had culminated in 1999 when Ephraim Halevy, then director general of Mossad, had made a secret visit to CSIS headquarters in Beijing. Shortly afterwards, senior members of CSIS had visited Mossad in Tel Aviv. This relationship between the two services would prove to be crucial in what was to follow. The entire break-in to Los Alamos was coordinated by Hu Jintao whose official title was a director of ILD, China's internal liason department." (page 473)
"George Tenet also knew that though [Wen Ho] Lee had not been a CSIS [Chinese Secret Intelligence Service] spy [in Los Alamos Laboratory in the 1990s], had carried out its penetration of Los Alamos almost certainly with the help of another foreign intelligence service. On paper that service was deemed to be the closest of all friendly intelligence agencies to the American intelligence community. The service was Mossad, the external intelligence agency of Israel. When Tenet had come into office, he had read two documents written by his predecessors. The first was penned by William Casey on March 21, 1984: 'A nation creates the intelligence community it needs. America relies on technical expertise because we are concerned to discover rather than secretly rule. The Israelis operate differently. Mossad in particular equates its actions with its nation's survival.' The second document was written by Robert Michael Gates a mere week after he became director of the CIA on December 15, 1986: 'Mossad's most celebrated director Meir Amit has said that the Mossad should live by the credo 'Israel first, last and always. Always we must never be caught going through the pockets of our friends.' The key word is 'caught'.' Commenting on that adage, Gates had detailed Mossad's increased penetration of the United States through economic, scientific and technological espionage. A special Israeli unit code-named AL, Hebrew for 'above', had been set up to prowl through California's Silicon Valley and Boston's Route 128 for hi-tech secrets.
"In his report to the Senate Intelligence Committee, another of Tenet's predecessors, Bobby Ray Inman, had identified Israel as one of six foreign nations with a 'government-directed, orchestrated and clandestine effort to steal US military in economic secrets'. Tenet had not forgotten that another on the list was China, now though he still could not prove it in a way that a court of law would demand proof he was very certain that the Los Alamos operation had been a joint venture between Mossad and CSIS. For China the accruing benefits had been easy to understand: access the secrets that no other country be possessed. For Israel those secrets were also beyond price, but to share them with China, Israel had demanded an extra price: access to other technology that China was developing which would give Israel a lead over its Arab neighbors in such vital areas as agriculture, water desalination, and the other requirements that would assure the country would continue to prosper and blossom in the arid landscape as their forefathers. Israel would also receive China's latest weapons technology as advanced as that of the United States. George Tenet, so his friends later said, had thought long and hard about how much of all of this he should reveal to the Bush transition team. Those same friends had no doubt that as his limousine eased its way through the traffic on its nine-mile journey into Washington the question would still be uppermost in his mind." (page 23)
"Now, nine years later, driving into Washington, Tenet knew those FBI documents about Robert Maxwell could go some way to providing the Bush transition team with highly persuasive evidence that it was not the hapless Dr. Lee who had been the Chinese Secret Service spy inside Los Alamos-but the Israeli version of the Enhanced Promis software that Robert Maxwell, with the full approval of Rafi Eitan and undoubtedly Israel's political masters, had sold to China." (page 25)
"Eighteen heavily redacted FBI documents in the possession of the author and obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, provide sufficient clues to piece together a startling new slant to the botched investigation by the FBI into the later thefts from Los Alamos of its most sensitive nuclear secrets in a joint operation by Mossad and CSIS - using Israel's doctored Enhanced Promis software Robert Maxwell had sold Beijing." Predictive Programming in The Rockefeller Foundation's 2010 Report?
One of the major funders of Lieber's Nanosys firm is Venrock, a venture capital fund linked to the Rockefeller Foundation, including a $15 million donation in 2012. A Nanosys board member, Steve Goldby, is also a partner at Venrock. Among the Israeli cybersecurity firms Venrock has invested is Check Point Software Technologies, providing crucial funding in its early years. Check Point was conceived by founder and CEO Gil Shwed during his service in Unit 8200. Interestingly, an October 2002 magazine associates Shwed with "The 20/20 Vision Awards" (2020?). Venrock's parent firm, The Rockefeller Foundation, in collaboration with the Global Business Network of futurologist Peter Schwartz published a May 2010 report, "Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development". The "godfather of scenario planning", Schwartz famously authored an apocalyptic 2004 report predicting that by 2020, rising sea levels stemming from "climate change" would sink Britain and many European cities underwater and turn Siberia into a "wasteland".
The 2010 Report planned ways that a pandemic could be used as an excuse to establish authoritarian controls on a worldwide level. In its Orwellian phrasing, the Report names "scenario planning" as an "important component of our strategy toolkit" by providing "a process of creating narratives about the future based on factors likely to affect a particular set of challenges and opportunities." Under the heading "LOCK STEP: Scenario Narratives. A world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback," the Report makes forecasts eerily similar to what has occurred with governments' reactions to the Coronavirus:
"In 2012, the pandemic that the world had been anticipating for years finally hit. Unlike 2009’s H1N1, this new influenza strain—originating from wild geese—was extremely virulent and deadly. Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months, the majority of them healthy young adults. The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.
"The pandemic blanketed the planet—though disproportionate numbers died in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Central America, where the virus spread like wildfire in the absence of official containment protocols. But even in developed countries, containment was a challenge. The United States’s initial policy of 'strongly discouraging' citizens from flying proved deadly in its leniency, accelerating the spread of the virus not just within the U.S. but across borders. However, a few countries did fare better—China in particular. The Chinese government’s quick imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens, as well as its instant and near-hermetic sealing off of all borders, saved millions of lives, stopping the spread of the virus far earlier than in other countries and enabling a swifter postpandemic recovery." (page 18)
"China’s government was not the only one that took extreme measures to protect its citizens from risk and exposure. During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets. Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified. In order to protect themselves from the spread of increasingly global problems—from pandemics and transnational terrorism to environmental crises and rising poverty—leaders around the world took a firmer grip on power.
"At first, the notion of a more controlled world gained wide acceptance and approval. Citizens willingly gave up some of their sovereignty—and their privacy—to more paternalistic states in exchange for greater safety and stability. Citizens were more tolerant, and even eager, for top-down direction and oversight, and national leaders had more latitude to impose order in the ways they saw fit. In developed countries, this heightened oversight took many forms: biometric IDs for all citizens, for example, and tighter regulation of key industries whose stability was deemed vital to national interests. In many developed countries, enforced cooperation with a suite of new regulations and agreements slowly but steadily restored both order and, importantly, economic growth." (page 19)
The Rockefeller Foundation followed this up with its 2010 Annual Report that promoted various "sustainable development" proposals centered around "climate change" although including transportation and communication infrastructure which likely partnered it with companies involved on the Belt and Road Initiative. In true dialectic fashion, we see such foundations as front for social engineering and funnelling untold amounts of money across its various networks as cover. If what the Report suggests about its intimate involvement in these healthcare activities is to be believed, what have they been doing with all the money and their efforts vis-a-vis the entire decade leading up to the Coronavirus? It also refers to a "new disease" that "becomes an unchecked pandemic":
"With no network to transfer critical infectious disease information, without open lines of communication, thousands more fall sick. The 'new' disease becomes an unchecked pandemic. By the time the right expertise is brought to bear on the problem, it's too late - the disease has spread around the globe....The potential pandemics of the past few decades have severely tested the world's ability to work across human borders. Detection remains weak in many parts of the world. The public health response has frequently been slow and fragmented. The looming threat of infectious disease presents humanity with a new challenge: to communicate and collaborate swifter and with greater efficiency than ever before." (page 21)
"The Rockefeller Foundation has invested $22 million in its Disease Surveillance Networks Initiative to help contain the spread of infectious diseases and pandemics by strengthening national, regional and global disease surveillance and response systems....As illustrated by the emerging pandemics of this new century - SARS, avian flu, and swine flu - if we don't move quickly, viruses will. By continuing our drive to invest in systems that coordinate efforts and share information, the Rockefeller Foundation is working to ensure that we have the ability to meet the health challenges of an interconnected world." (pages 22-23)
